REFUND, RETURN, AND LIABILITY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Belle and Evie. We want you and your children to have a safe and wonderful experience. Please read our policy regarding returns, damages, and safety liabilities below.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS
    We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, complete with all safety seals intact.

  • Due to health and safety standards for children's products, opened art supplies or used toys cannot be returned.

  1. DAMAGES & DEFECTS
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If a toy arrives broken, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund for the defective item at no cost to you.

  2. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
    Belle and Evie operates as a distributor of children's products manufactured by third-party suppliers.

  • Manufacturing Warranty: All product warranties, safety certifications (including Children's Product Certificates), and safety warnings are provided solely by the third-party manufacturers.

  • Limitation of Liability: Belle and Evie does not manufacture these products and explicitly disclaims all liability for product defects, failures, or any physical injury, choking hazards, or allergic reactions caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from our platform.

  • Compliance: We make every effort to verify that our suppliers comply with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines. However, parents and guardians assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of toys and art supplies for their children.
